Victor was born 11 June 1967, in Markapur, Andhra Pradesh, South India. His father pastors a Baptist church in Markapur. Victor grew up in the church, but he didn't surrender his life to Christ until he was a young man at university.
After finishing university, Victor enrolled in Bible School. It was here that he received his call to evangelize the primitive tribal areas of Andhra Pradesh. Graduating in 1990, he joined India Every Home Crusade and went to work in the tribal area in northeast Andhra Pradesh. Here he gained invaluable experience, and a deep love for these backward and superstitious people.
In 1995, Victor formed Grace Gospel Ministries and serves as Director. In January of 1999, Victor was appointed Indian Director for Christian Exchange International. Today he oversees a growing and very effective evangelism ministry with almost twenty full-time national missionaries with congregations totaling over 6,000 new converts.
Victor is married to Sunitha, and they have two beautiful little daughters.

Victor spends at least two weeks each month visiting with and training our missionaries and pastors. This means that he is away from his family for extended periods. It is a rare treat to be able to take his family along.
To reach the more remote parts of our ministry area, it takes an overnight train trip, or a two day journey by jeep. Once Victor arrives at one of the districts in which we work, he must still travel hours to reach the many mission centers where our missionaries are working. Sometimes he will work with a single missionary team for one-on-one training, and at other times he will gather all of the missionaries of a particular district together for group training. Our missionaries enjoy the group sessions because it gives them an opportunity for fellowship, and a chance to encourage one another.
